Reni has a zero-tolerance approach to any acts of abuse, exploitation, and/or sexualization involving children. Any users not upholding Reni's policies for protecting minors (anyone under the age of 18) as outlined below face immediate account removal and potential actions by law enforcement.
Minimum Age: You must be 18 years of age or older to use Reni.
No Falsification: Any attempts to falsify your age to access the platform are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account suspension.
Detection Systems: Reni uses automated and manual systems to detect underage activity as well as Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (CSEA). Any attempt to circumvent these systems is prohibited.
We strictly prohibit the creation, sharing, or distribution of the following:
Sexualization of Minors and CSEA: Any content involving child sexual abuse or exploitation.
Fetishization: Discussions, sexualized playacting, or depictions of minors in sexualized clothing or nudity (including artistic representations like drawings or animations).
Harmful or Dangerous Acts: Threats, physical violence, psychological abuse, coercion, manipulation, neglect, or trafficking involving minors.
Underage Appearance: Minors are strictly prohibited from appearing in any form of content, including live streams and videos.
Account Management: You may not create or manage accounts on behalf of minors.
Mandatory Reporting: Incidents involving minor abuse will be reported to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) or other relevant law enforcement authorities as required by law.
User Reporting: If you encounter potential violations, please use the in-app reporting function or contact us immediately at acubeauty1994@gmail.com.
Account Penalties: All violations of this policy will result in an immediate and permanent account ban. We may cooperate with law enforcement agencies for further investigation.
Immediate Deletion: If we discover that a child under 18 has provided us with personal information, we will immediately delete that data from our servers.
Retention Period: For standard compliance, we retain information for 90 days before deletion or anonymization, unless a longer period is required by law.
Users convicted of crimes against children, including but not limited to sexual assault, physical abuse, neglect, or trafficking, are strictly prohibited from using the Reni platform.
